The Western PA Bruins Instructional 3×3 Train & Play League is 4 sessions that consist of 45 minutes of skills and 45 minutes of 3 on 3 play. Girls will be introduced to specific skills that will transfer into the 3 on 3 games.

Players should bring a ball and water
