Lizzy Groetsch is a senior guard and four-year starter at North Allegheny. Last year she was selected Post-Gazette’s Player of the Year and was named first-team all-state in the largest classification, and is one of the top high school basketball players in Pennsylvania.
An exceptional student, Groetsch will continue her career at the University of Pennsylvania. North Allegheny coach Spencer Stefko has watched her grow as a player and is excited to see what she can do this season.
