High School Fall Training Sessions

This fall, the Bruins Training School will be offering sessions for girls in 8th-12th grade at the CCAC Allegheny campus. Please register soon – limited spots are available.

Our Fall training sessions will feature the following:

  • Game Shooting — Shooting footwork, situational shooting and strike passing
  • Finishing School — The right finish: learn to read on ball and off ball defense
  • Basketball IQ — How to handle common game situations, on offense and defense
  • Winning the 1v1 Battle — How to win at the front lines of attack
  • Open Play — Each session will end with the freedom to compete
